Helena Zappolino (She/Her),

MA, LPC, LCPC, LCMHC

Licensed in six states, Helena is a passionate mental health professional with a multicultural background and a mission to bridge the gap in mental health care for underserved communities. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, she brings deep cultural humility, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to justice and accessibility.

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone deserves a safe, affirming space to be heard, seen, and supported.

Our Mission Statement

The Renewed Outlook Foundation exists to make mental health care accessible, affirming, and equitable for all because mental wellness is a human right, not a luxury. We provide therapy, psychoeducation, and advocacy that center the needs of marginalized individuals, families, and communities. Through healing relationships, collective learning, and systemic change, we work to ensure that no one is left out of the mental health conversation.
